Disappointed. We went for an early dinner, around 4pm, and there was no one else in the restaurant. The waitress was new, but took our order pretty quickly. That’s where the good time ended. I ordered chicken wings and my dining partner ordered the flat iron steak, which comes with a salad. After 20 minutes I asked about the salad, and we didn’t receive it until 10 minuted more had gone by. I asked the waitress what the holdup was, considering we were the only table in the place, and she unapologetically stated that the kitchen read the ticket wrong, and made a steak salad instead of the flat iron steak. 5 minutes later, the salad was brought to the table, and was warm and wilted. 5 minuted after that, the food came out. My wings were room temperature, and so was the steak. 40 minutes to be disappointed in our meals. i asked to speak to a manager, but none was to be found onsite.Needless to say, we left. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I come in to Sports Shack about 3 times a week after working late for a bite and some beers and laughs. Staff is casual and fun, usually very attentive and they know us by name! Great pizza, calzones, chicken parm, salads, wings, etc. Stay away from the Philly cheese steak and you’ll love it!
Why so empty?. We stopped by after almost driving by this place and were pleasantly surprised. Place was extremely clean, friendly, and the food was spot on. The burger was top notch, pizza very good with the right cheese, wings done differently, fried and then grilled, great taste. And then by the servers suggestion, came this totally wacked out desert. Order this monster sometime and you will flip. That is all I’m going to say today as I cannot understand why this place at five o clock during the week was so empty. They say it gets crowded later but I guess that is ok for us, we had our choice of seats. Again stop by and check this place out. Great service.
Never had a chance to try the food. Nobody noticed our group come in the door so we seated ourselves. Sat for 10 minutes and never saw anybody being served in the dining area. We eventually got up and walked out, never talking to a single employee. This was around 7 on a Friday abd the place was not quite half full so an overworked staff would not be an excuse for lack of service.
