  TERRIBLE. My mom and I went here earlier today for lunch. As soon as we ordered, they said they were out of turkey which was an ominous sign. I tried to order the Mediterranean sandwich and it took about 5 minutes to convince the girl that that was on their menu POSTED ON THE WALL. She acted like she had never heard of such a thing. We were the only people in the restaurant and it took 20 min to get our food. My mom’s grilled chicken panini was not that at all. It was a defrosted piece of frozen chicken on bread-the chicken was still cold and it was just slapped between two pieces of bread. Not grilled, nothing. The girl working apologized for the food taking so long and offered us a couple donuts. We barely ate any of our lunch so when we got home we tried a donut. TERRIBLE. Just terrible. Why would you give us stale donuts let alone sell them? We will never go back.

  Rude, Arrogant Staff and Mediocre Bagels and Donuts. I experienced the counter staff to be hostile and rude for no reason. They weren’t even busy when I walked in. I feel that the bagels lacked taste, and thus are over priced. Grocery store bagels tasted better to me that this stores bagels. The donuts look pretty but were dried out and all tasted alike–pure sugar. I thought I may have just caught them on a bad day so I’ve gone back there twice. Unfortunately, the same rude counter staff experience and the same bad bagels and donuts!. I do not understand how they get so many good reviews???

  The doughnuts are yummy and fresh. Sometimes the bagels are ok. They are not made on site and seem day old at times.
