We have been going to Toppers for the last few years , we went tonight and got LESS THAN HALF the ice cream then we did all the other times we’ve been there! My boyfriend got a waffle cone $3.75 and the ice cream barely came over the top of his cone, I even asked about it to the service people and they said they now weigh the ice cream…..hmmm…I didn’t see that (and you can see everything inside as the building is small maybe 90 sq. ft.) So new owners?! I expect this place to close soon you can’t put out big tall ice cream cones for yrs and THEN change it, poor bus. decision if you think you are going to save $ you are SO wrong, instead you will lose the place (greedy you deserve to!) We will never go back there and I bet we aren’t the only ones!!! Go back to bus. school!!!!
