I can’t believe I didn’t know about this spot before. Excellent Caribbean style seafood, and I can watch the football game with a beer while I eat! Love the staff 🙂
GREAT PLACE FOR FOOD AND DRINKS. I ENJOYED THE MUSIC AND SERVICE. VERY CLEAN AND UPSCALE. I LOVE THE DECORATIONS AND THE VIP ROOM IS VERY RELAXING. SERVICE WAS GREAT.
No lie, it is the best seafood ever! The roast fish is the best and the veggies are fresh and cooked perfectly! The atmosphere is very nice, upscale, clean and comfortable. Tasha runs the bar and Chef Rudy the kitchen. Yes, there is definitely a wait so it is best to pre-order like we did Sunday. As soon as we got there our salads were brought out and our meals followed shortly. My husband prefers the Ocho Rios Steamed Fish and I love the Greenwich Farm! They have Skotch Bonnett Band there one Sunday a month and they rock the house! So, yes, it is a long wait for food, yes, the wait staff could step up their game, but the food is always fresh and the menu warns you that it will be a good wait as your food is cooked to order.
The customer service was extremely ridiculous waiting 3 hrs for a to go meal was past exhausting for a first time customer went to the waitress who took our order who had no idea on what was happening based on the preparation of the meals in the kitchen come the hell on then when I finally got an answer it was full of attitude
Food is good but not worth 2 to 3 hrs waiting. I ordered take out at 8pm and 10pm it still was not ready and I kept getting the run around. There is only one chef cooking for all those people? It doesn’t pay to be greedy. Please hire someone else to assist in the kitchen.
The service here is horrible!!! First they played music that took you back to the early 90’s which was not the type of vibe for my party. Then the waiters didn’t want to wait our table so we had to look for a waiter to wait our table. So when we finally found a waiter to take our order I was the first to enter my order among a party of 9 and the waiter forgot my order. So everyone else was being served their salad mine was no where to be found. I asked the others at the table what did they order and one of them ordered the same as me so I knew I was supposed to receive a salad and it was not delivered to me. Since I was paying for this salad I had to locate my waiter to ask for my salad. When I asked another waiter for the waiter waiting my table they had an attitude and sent me to the bar, so I kindly waltz to the bar to locate my waiter and a manager. At this point I’ve located my waiter and kindly asked him wasn’t I supposed to receive a salad and he indicated it was still in the kitchen. Of course it was in the kitchen because that’s where you prepare the salads, so obviously my order was never entered. Next, it was time for the entree and the obvious happened everyone’s meal came out except for mine. I asked the waiter what happened to my meal and he indicated that it wasn’t him it was the cook. So by then I was still being patient and gave him a chance to get my food from the kitchen and he returns with condiments. At that point I was pissed! I told the waiter I no longer wanted my meal and he decides to bring another waiter to my table to ask me did I still want my meal. I informed her that I already told my waiter I no longer want the food and she tried to tell me that it probably took some time because of what I ordered. So I told her the others at my table ordered fried chicken and whole fish so how can they make all that before shrimp. Her jaw dropped because she knew I was right and didn’t have anything else to say after that. I will not ever go back there because the staff there was rude except for the bartender she was excellent made me wish I had ate at the bar.
John. Great food! this worst service ever! the wait time for the food kill the vibe. very poor customer service. find it difficult to tip with service like that. Get experience servers please and give them a section. The food cost enough money no to warrant better service
