A FAMILY TRADITION A family who plays together, prays together and eats together, stays together! This belief has been passed down through generations in our family and it is the vision we like to share with all our guests. We inherited a tradition of excellence that began in Milan, Italy in 1926 with our founder Beatrice Ruggeri. This is why we highlight "A FAMILY TRADITION", in our motto. The trattoria in which Beatrice delighted her friends and guests remains open to this day and it has become a dining destination in the city renowned for its extraordinary hospitality, generosity and quality. Bice's name comes from the affectionate nickname that friends and relatives gave the founder. In 1987 sons Roberto and Remo took the quality and hospitality of that trattoria to New York where they opened the first of many establishments in the United States and soon followed a successful expansion abroad with venues all around the world. We believe there is something magical about enjoying a meal with family and friends. Special bonds are formed around the dining room table. We went here with several couples. We all enjoyed our meal and visit. The food was delightful. They have an early dinner special from a special menu if ordered before 6 p.m. Several ordered the osso bucco with saffron rice.
Unfortunately this restaurant is no longer in business. The management unfortunately chose to tell their guests and employees that they were reopening after remodel which thy actually had no intentions of doing.
I always enjoyed going to Bice, especially for happy hour. I just learned that they are closing. An email was sent telling of their closing. I am saddened by this.
Great happy hour with half price drinks and reduced food prices. Found this place by accident. Great find.
We frequently visit during happy hour for good appitizers and a glass of wine. Normally it is very crowded and you need to get there on time. Good service and tasty appitizers.
