Helpful Advice. I ordered the flatbread pizza which was a large portion and decent, but a bit on the bland side. I waited a few minutes for our server to come back to see if everything but it didn’t happen. My food was getting cold, so I then asked the chef if I could have some crushed red pepper. He promptly replied he doesnt supply spices because his restaurant is not a pizzeria??? I honestly was really confused and thought he was joking; I never realized that crushed red pepper would be viewed as something that would ruin the taste of a chefs interpretation of a French style pizza. I guess I am a big fan of seasoning things to my personal taste. I normally appreciate and love taking a chefs personal recommendations and take on a menu item; but my way or the highway, really? My constructive criticism would be in SW Florida it is seems stupid to turn away new customers on pure arrogance of a chefs personal taste. On a positive note if that can be fixed, I really wish nothing but the best for this place!

The cook is an jerk. When I asked the waitress for balsamic, he came over and said he would not let me ruin his food. I ordered a cheese pizza, not exactly a masterpiece. If I pay for the food, why can’t I eat it the way I would enjoy it?
Mad Fresh!. Popped in this evening for the freshest, most flavorful flatbread I’ve had in ages! Fast service, excellent staff, friendly atmosphere… that plus fries in black truffle oil…. what could keep me from coming back for more?!
We had a wonderful dinner tonight. You have to try the flat bread. It is amazing. Make sure u check out the daily special. The food remind us when we used to live in San Francisco.
If you are in the mood for French food or extremely amazing food in general, come here. The service is so friendly and nice and comfortable, and the food made me feel like I was in France. If you haven’t been here already, do so, and soon!
