What an amazing little Italian place! We had a slight mix-up with getting served, but once that was resolved, we really enjoyed ourselves. The wine was great. The carpaccio was like nothing I’ve ever eaten. I had the brasato (braised short ribs) and my hubs had the scallops special over risotto. Both were perfection. The tiramisu is the best we’ve ever had. Just a great experience!
On our way to Sanibel Isl. Fl, we found Osteria Celli. It is in Fort Myers Fl., in a strip mall and around the side worth looking for. Quaint, charming, relaxing place to enjoy perfect Italian dishes, and nice choice of wines. Four of us each had a different meal, we all started with the Bruschetta, crunchy, fresh, fresh seasoning, excellent beginning to our meals. We also ordered the, Polpettine Housemade Beef Meatballs, stuffed with Ricotta, Tomato Sauce, Fresh Basil. Yum. I could go on but will tell you my meal Gnocchi Lombardi, pillows of heaven with a creamy sauce of Gorgonzola with speck (bacon/fat). Was so light I could have eaten more!! We shared two desserts: chocolate mousse and tiramisu, but made perfectly !!We are from Ohio and have many great restaurants and chefs, and foods to choose from. I was delighted to find this rare Gem in Southern Florida. Highly recommend this restaurant!!
Wonderful new restaurant. A new Italian restaurant has opened in my neighborhood…and I am so lucky! I had veal Milanese and arugala salad with a glass of Montepulciano d’Abruzzo. Really outstanding fresh food. The atmosphere isn’t much, but the food is great. So many things on the menu that I want to try!
Amazing Italian!!. First off, I hate eating Italian out because it never lives up to my expectations. With this being said, this place is amazing. The grilled octopus is huge and full of flavor, prepared to perfection. The pasta was perfectly cooked and made from scratch. Our waiter was awesome and very attentive. I would give this 5 stars and will be back again and again!
Great Italian Dining. New place in Fort Myers that has some excellent authentic Italian food. The owner is also the chef and obviously takes pride in what he makes. All pastas are made fresh and are delicious – I had the fettucine bolognese which was fabulous. My in-laws had the meatball appetizer and added a spaghetti to it which made it a full meal. The meatballs are stuffed with ricotta cheese and were fabulous. Our server, Troy, couldn’t have been any nicer and took the time to answer all our questions. An all round great place.

Stop looking and just go!!!!. This place is incredible. Lets start at the top. Plentiful wine choices and beer. The bread was the best I have ever had and came with a remarkable seasoned lite oil. The salads we had were out of site, with homemade croutons with several styles of salad to choose from. We had an octopus appetizer that might be the best seafood I ever had and the presentation was over the top. I had the special which was duck and it can not be explained well enough. DELICIOUS My wife had a regular menu selection and was more than pleased. Because of this experience I have been back for 4 more dinners and 1 dessert. All beyond description. The expresso was wonderful as well. Servers are friendly and knowledgeable, but If you have a question, never fear….The chef has spoken to me every chance he had. Floors are clean, chairs are clean and washrooms are clean. Just GO!!!!!!
