The petite filet and calamari were great, the service attentive almost to the point of being overbearing. The atmosphere at night is romantic low-lit but somehow slightly pretentious. Lots of extra staff staff around to do menial things but mostly standing around hovering. I will only go back for a very special occasion as this place is extremely pricey.
Great expectations, but disappointed. Had high expectations for Happy Hour sizzle and swizzle. Two orders of the steak sandwich at our table and both were disappointing which was surprising as this is a steakhouse. The presentation was great but the actual steak was the poorest tasting that has been experienced on this vacation. Clearly the sizzle and swizzle happy hour food is leftover cuts of unacceptable beef off the dinner menu. Unfortunately that practice does not endear us to the restaurant and won’t be back to sample the high end dinner menu for fear of another low end cut of beef. The wait staff was excellent, very efficient.

I went for my birthday a few months ago. Everything was absolutely awful. Everyone’s steak was over done. The sweet potato dish was burnt (I usually order one to go after dinner but definitely did not this time). All of the sides were not cooked well. No one enjoyed their dinner. We would have had to send back our whole dinner if the manager had asked us how it was! I’ve had good dinners there before, but they went downhill for sure..only one $400 bill will do it to you…never again. Go to Fleming’s.
Always good. Happy hour specials going on right now are amazing. Appetizers are excellent for the cost.
THE place for steaks…. If u want steak done right, cuts like butta! be prepared to shell out the dough, it’s fine dining all the way 🙂
I really do not enjoy eating steak. I am not a fan of red meat at all. But the steak here is simply delicious. The flavor is great and it melts in your mouth like butter. Personally, I ordered the stuffed chicken breast. The cheese oozed out beautifully when I cut into it and the herbs in the cheese made a great harmony of flavors.
