Not a safe place. We dined there often. however this saturday we were there. although the food was good we went to leave and there was a wedding party outside blocking the sidewalk. the party was in one of their private rooms. I was with my five year old and one of the party stumbled into him. had i not pushed him away he would have knocked him over. i then got my five year old away. behind me was my disabled brother and elderly parents. the started an altercation with my brother, tackled him and my 78 year old dad to the ground resulting in a broken arm for my brother. my mom screamed to the wait staff to call the police. no one did a thing. By the time i got there there were two guys on my brother and i pulled them off. i had to leave my 5 year old standing alone. still no one from the restaurant did a thing to help. I got my brother and dad and mom and got them away as fast as i could, with the wedding party shouting threats the whole time. again the wait staff stood by and watched. Allowing this type of people to get out of control tells me that this establishment is not run by people of high integrity. They never should have let the party get as drunk and out of hand. of course i contacted the police, but not till i was able to get my brother to a hospital with his arm completely broken in half. the did nothing since they were not on site at the restaurant and could just go there and start arresting people. I understand that but you do the math. 20 young men against me a 5 year old, two elderly parents, and a disabled brother. this establishment is not safe to go to as far as i am concerned.
Nice craft beer selection. Only stopped for a quick beer and a bite, so just a small review. Two of us were feeling decadent, so we tried the mac & cheese with chorizo — HUGE portion for $12 — not cheap, but probably fair. Great craft beer selection, plus full liquor bar.

Best burger ever (mushroom Swiss)! Killer beer selection. Staff falling over themselves to be sure we were taken care of. Great in depth beer conversations with manager. If I lived here I’d be a regular. Truffle fries tasty too – no condiments necessary.
Go For Beer, NOT Food. We tried at Stillwater Grille recently and with the exception of Shannon Yates’ classic menu items they are serving- the food is not great. At our table we ordered two cheese plates: one a classic plate and the other artisanal. Well, they were the exact same kind of cheeses except the classic plate had sliced cheese and the artisanal had wedges. All of the cheeses seemed to be a form of pepper jack- no brie, no blue, no hard cheese. One had 2 strawberries and a handful of grapes as an accompaniment and the other had four canned mandarin oranges and some olives. And, both were $15. Are they serious??? The chef of the restaurant needs some serious help getting creative. Don’t even offer something like that on the menu if you aren’t going to even try. It’s too bad because the beer selection and the band seemed fun.
HORRIBLE. Good food. Worst service I have ever had anywhere by both server (Monika) and management (Mike). I have honestly been treated better at McDonalds at two in the morning.
