Osaka’s is the best Japanese steakhouse in Lake County. The prices are ridiculously cheap, the portions are outrageously huge and the food is delicious.
Cheap but mostly good. Osaka in Leesburg is probably the cheapest Japanese food you will find anywhere, but don’t expect it to be the best. Overall it is fine for the price and I keep returning. I come hear regularly to satisfy my Japanese cravings, but the biggest issues here are the old and dark feel to the place. The Food is hit or miss, but usually fine and worth the money. I also like that they do not up charge for fried rice and allow substitutions on the rice, noodles, and vegetables. I absolutely hate it when a Japanese restaurant charges extra for fried rice, but Osaka is included. Water is OK here if you want water too.
Went there for my 53rd birthday (Aug 1, 2013), the food was horrible, the chef was awful, service was eh, and the owner was her usual nice self. I will not ever go back. I will go to Lady Lake or Mt. Dora from now on
I have been goin here for 4 years now. A friend told me about it! It’s the best! Portions r awesome and for one person I’ll have left overs for almost a week. And u get soup and salad. I always get the special with steak chicken and shrimp with noodles rice and veggies!!! With tax it’s like $16. Leave $25 on the table and ur good! Ask for Jose he’s awesome! Yes jose lol. But he’s good at what he does and never leaves u without sauce.

Great food and they’re not skimpy with the portions. Good hibachi grill show just like the expensive places. Awful iced tea but great hot tea. Food is all great just ate at expensive one in Ocala that was twicethe price, made you pay extra for fried rice, choose between soup and salad and gave really small portions. Very little veggies. I’m staying with Osaka’s!
