Consistently good, down home, comfort food. Very good, friendly service. Wolfy’s has the feel of a great small town cafe. Don’t expect any unique or signature dishes. Predictable entrees, maybe boring. Great place, great food.
Had breakfast there this morning. What IS good about this place? First off, I don’t write bad reviews, but here I am now doing just that. I had the spinach, tomato, feta omelette with a side of hash browns and white toast. I also ordered a 1/2 order or biscuits and gravy. Food comes out along with my ticket. I look at the ticket, hash browns was crossed out and changed to HF for homefries. The $3.35 for the 1/2 B&G was manually changed to $5.35. Why is this? Who knows! Maybe trying to get a higher tip, I don’t know. Also, they have me homefries instead of my hash browns, which is good that the cook actually read the ticket at least. Glad someone is choosing for me what I want my potatoes to be cut. And all in all, the food was blah. Home fries were hard. Omelette ingredients were bland with no salt or anything. And the biscuits and gravy looked and tasted right out of the can. Will not be going back. It’s a shame. Nice atmosphere inside, but will keep driving past when I come to leesburg on 27.
