Disappointed customer. II have been a loyal customer for 3years. I always get chocolate chip mint. Last night march 19, 2015 I went again and got the same cone as always. The ice cream had a weird texture to it so I went back inside to ask the young man it they were using different ice cream because it tasted different . He told me that I had to keep the ice cream and couldn’t get anything else. So my response was I threw the whole cone in their trash and told him that I would never return. It is a shame that people open businesses and allow teenagers to run it that don’t have any customer service experience at all. If I had to guess the age of the oldest person working there last night my guess would be 18. If you are going to let children run your business at least teach them how to treat customer. This was the one in lehigh acres on homestead .PS I drive in from fort myers but never again.
