I ordered a pizza & cinnapie online. It arrived before expected but both items were room temperature at best. I called the store & the manager was extremely rude. He said that the best he could do is give me 30% off of my next order. Listen, I work damn hard for my money. If they give me a bad pizza I feel as though they should replace the order. I called corporate and they said I should hear from the store manager in two days to resolve the problem. It’s been a WEEK now & still no call. I will never order at from Papa Johns again because of this store.
