  First visit. The joint definitely gives the impression of a traditional blues club: a little ole shack down a dirt road in the back of a field. The atmosphere was cozy! A little too small though for such loud music and the number of table and chairs they expected to fill. I couldn’t have imagined how our visit would have been if it were a packed house. Visited with already hearing loss in one ear and left with hearing loss in both ears:( Didn’t get the chance to try the food outside by the fire pit but it smelled delish and the cook seemed very nice. As first timers we were unaware you couldn’t bring your own beer and were asked by the owner to discard them which was fine but she had a bit of an attitude about it. But it I guess smoking weed is okay since we were given the pleasure of breathing in secondhand canabis smoke twice while out by the fire. Don’t know if we will be returning…

  A gem. I’ve been going here to see shows since I was a kid. It is a true blues club. It is off a dirt road that is off a dirt road. They bring great music to the area and the atmosphere furthers its authenticity. In between sets make sure to gaze at the stars, sit by the bon fire, or grab some fried fish. If you love blues this is the perfect way to hear it the way it was meant to be heard.
