Will not be back for a very looooong time. Very bad service. Half of us got food and finished before the other half even got theirs. The manager had no clue how to handle any of it. Not a happy customer!
Caveat Emptor. How this place remains open is a mystery. Absolutely the worst food I have ever paid for. Undercooked wings, freezer burned fish, greasy, nasty sticky tables, cold food served warm and hot food served cold, and totally amateur hostess and wait staff. Yuk, never again.

First time I order 40$ worth of wings and sides for take out. The wings were so under cooked only half were edible. Gave them another chance today and over heard rude service and somehow managed to not have a single staff member notice us for 20 min , went to the hostess who told me that a server would be with us soon. After another 15 we left. Avoid.
Went to pick up a carry out order. The food was decent but the person that rang me up and brought me my food wasn’t friendly and just walked away without saying anything after I paid..thank you?
Terrible. Absolutely the worst place i have eaten in tallahassee. Ordered the bbq pork quesadilla which came with no sides. Came as a 6 inch tortilla cut in 4 pieces. not even a quarter size piece of pulled pork on each one. less than i have seen in most appetizers for a price of $10.00. I then ordered fries as a side to add and it was $5.00 for a small basket less than I would have gotten at McDonalds in a large order.. So in all I spent $15.00 on what amounted to less than most appetizers in any other place. This was our first time to eat there and I would never go back. Can get tastier food with larger servings for less than half of what I paid there just about anywhere else.
Rude and abrasive bar staff and a horrific manager named Liz. If you want to be harassed all night, Hurricanes is your spot. What a terrible experience…01 Jun, 2013The food at this establishment was pretty tasty but a tad overpriced for wings and fries. Over all the environment was pleasant with two different areas to eat. The outside bar area provided picnic tables and other seating options which overviewed a stage with live music. The inside seemed to be a little more mellow and was decorated nicely with a beach theme. Most aspects of this establishment were nice however I did have one MAJOR complaint. The management and some of the staff were plain and simply terrible. The bartenders outside seemed to be about 18 years old in age and did not know how to make a proper mixed drink. Also after being insulted by one of the children bartenders, I approached the manager Liz and expressed my dissatisfaction. Never in my life have I ever been more insulted by a manager of any customer service business. Liz responded to my problem in a very unacceptable way. Her customer service skills were absolutely atrocious. I have no clue how an establishment this nice could have such a terrible manager. No matter how good the food or beverages were I will NEVER be going back to Hurricane Bar and Grill in Tallahassee. The food and environment is only half of a customers dining experience, the other half is service.
