Best food truck in Tallahassee! I haven’t tried every single food truck in town but Valhalla is the best of the ones I’ve tried which are probably all or most of the ones currently at Lake Ella on thursdays. Their Poutine is the ultimate comfort food (maybe a tad salty somtimes) and both the Phoenix(curried chicken ‘gyro’) and the Black Sheep(grilled lamb gyro) are the stuff that food cravings are made of and will stay on your mind for a few days after you eat one. You can keep track of their where-a-bouts on there website but I think their always at Lake Ella on thursdays.

Poutine, what more do I need to say? Actually a lot. Awesome eclectic menu and some of the best gravy ever. Had the falafel with a light but flavorful soy cream sauce with a hint of sesame. Then the brisket sandwich special which I recommend dipping in the gravy for a double dose of awesomeness. Highly recommend tasting what a food truck can and should be.
