Great Food & Service!. We are new in the area & going to different restaurants that offer both good food and a kind wait staff. Stoudemire’s has both! From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted warmly and seated. Our young waitress was very attentive. Although most people seem to want the buffet, I have a tendency to overeat (smile) & asked for something else. The cook graciously complied. Everyone seemed to know everyone else, and that was a warm feeling. The food was both hot and delicious, just as it should be. Thank you Stoudemire’s! We will be back!
Stoudemire’s real home cooked food. I had lunch and supper there yesterday during the Live Oak Jazz, Arts and Blues Fest. The food was as good as my own mom’s cooking and I grew up in New Orleans! Real Southern cooking! The greens and baked mac & cheese were ‘to die for’!! Great people!

Old School Charm. A really charming and relaxing atmosphere. The food was not over-seasoned nor was it tasteless; it was just right. The ribs were tender with homemade BBQ sauce and they fell right off the bone. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. The butter-pound cake that we had melted in the mouth. Everything was homemade – NO FROZEN FOODS HERE! Prices were very reasonable and the young waitress was very sweet and helpful and she made us feel at home. She took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure to let us know that on Fridays they have an all-you-can-eat fish fry buffet. This is a must-visit place.
Outstanding soul food and most attentive service. Daily specials such as ox tail, chitterlings, and ribs, and a buffet that is a great value. Well worth a detour when driving across Florida.
I went to Stoudemires today for lunch.I enjoyed it very much.the food was Outstanding.the service was great.i will truely recommend this place to everybody.thank you for a great lunch.
