I’m new to Orlando. I’m half Jamaican and love authentic Jamaican food. The Jerk chicken has a clear smoke flavor but lacking the Jerk spice. I had oxtail sauce on my rice and peas; if the gravey is any indication, the oxtails are bland. Oh, and cabbage is not an included side. If your expecting this tradition, be prepared to pay extra. Or settle for a side salad. On a good note the plantain was nice and ripe.
My favorite spot in Orlando. I love this place!!! I’m due for a visit in a few weeks and I’m going straight here once I leave the airport! The oxtails are amazing! They are always nice and tender and seasoned to perfection. The jerk chicken is also one of a kind. It has the right amout of heat, smokiness and flavor that I can’t seem to find anywhere else outside of actually going to Jamaica! If you are in town you have to try this place!!! The prices are reasonable and well worth it!
