We usually do takeout but tonight we dined in. I think the employees name was Sophia (short, black hair). She was so over the top and loud we could not even have a conversation. Then she turned the radio on that didnt play music but some kind of talk show. The last straw was her mocking a customer when they left. She was making fun of him being upset and doing a higher voice pretending to be him. I told the manager and she went and told her. Sophia then said sarcastically Im too loud. Im sure shell talk about me just like she did with the other customer. Youve lost our business.
