Used to love this place. The food is not the same and the customer service is downright rude and sarcastic. I knew when I called about a delivery issue I was wasting my time. Gave them two opportunities to handle the issue and both times I got the same lack of customer service. Plenty more Chinese/Japanese places to eat around here. Just too bad
Ever since Kathy and Tony sold the place it has gone WAY down hill!!! Sushi no longer fresh and falls apart. Stale chips and weak flavor. I used to get take out 2 times a week. After one bad experience after another I then asked where Kathy was and found out they had sold. Such a shame. NEVER will go back.
Won’t be around in a month with how its being run now.I have eaten at Imperial Dynasty for nearly a decade, but today they lost our business forever and I am going to be sure everyone else I know stays away. The new owners and staff were extremely rude and threatening us because the guards in our neighborhood would not let their delivery driver in. Also the quality of their food has diminished over the years because their menu is way to large.
