This Arepera La Nueva outlet was suggested by a foodie friend and is an awesome change to usual food. It is authentic Venezuelan food. The arepas are simply corn flour burger/bread and it has various fillins inside. They do not display their amazing sauces but do ask for the garlic and the hot sauce. Garlic Sauce is probably the best. Options of fillings are rather limited for vegetarians.On the downside: The staff speaks mostly Spanish and had challenges in understanding English. The owner is good but hardly there during the lunch time. The store may not score too high on hygiene. Overall, do take along a Spanish speaking friend and you will have a blast!
