The Value is Gone. Years ago when I discovered this gem, I was so happy to find a great Thai restaurant and happier that it wasn’t a long drive. What has soured me over the course of time (after numerous visits for takeout) is that it appears they are reducing their portion sizes to the point where I can not justify spending the $$. I knew years ago that business was struggling – maybe they figure they can squeeze even more profit by reducing the size of the product. Given that the prices aren’t cheap by any means, I find it difficult to continue to patronize Thai Cuisine if I don’t feel I’m getting good value. The food is very good, but my wallet doesn’t agree. Sorry, the Value (thrill) is Gone. Time to move on –
Not happy!!. We drove 30 miles to use a groupon coupon for lunch. When we arrive we presented our groupon and in very tiny print stated it could only be used for dinner. It never stated this on the front side before we purchased. We decided to leave and we will not be back. Called groupon and they refunded our money. We found the best Thai restaurant (Thai Island ) much closer to us with great food and service.
Great and real real Thai food. I live in Orlando and lot of Thai restaurants around here but every time I feel like to eat Thai food I need to cook myself or drive away to winter park to Thai cuisine. Very good som Tom (papaya salad), kai yang (chicken wings), laab nue (beef) and much more. I like their Thai smile service, too. I moved to Orlando about two years and just found real Thai food last Mother’s Day. I have no dout why this restaurant has been there for yearssss! Great!!!! Keep it up.
Bad service. The service now …WORSE… than before ..especially one of the waitress with too much make up she was not nice and look mean to me and another customer too, most of the time she work for dinner , she kind like big and loud voice ..just let you all know to avoid that lady ..but ..I DO NOT WANT to go back there..forever
Always a good lunch–never fails. I have lunch here at least 2 and sometimes 3 times a week. Not once have I been disapponted in the food, and the service is always attentive. Tyhpically, I have my meal in front of me 5 minutes after I sit down—so its a perfect spot when I am short on time. I would recommend it highly for a quick, well prepared and well served lunch.
Authentic and Fantastic. This is some of the very best Thai food I have had. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to eat there again!
