Cigar City Smokers BBQ is a state of the art 28 foot BBQ Trailer that has an onboard Pellet smoker capable of smoking over 350 pounds of meat. We slow smoke ribs, pulled pork, brisket, sausage and chicken. Were of Cuban decent and offer Cuban sandwiches with our slow smoked pork and our awesome Mojo pork sandwich all on Cuban bread. We also offer catering for all events including weddings, office partys, neighbor hood partys etc. Being a retired Tampa Police Detective, we support all first responders and military.
