Impressive cupcakes. I stopped in today to try my first Gigis cupcake. They were tall impressive looking treats. I had done my research and already knew I wanted to try their Chocolate Salted Caramel cupcake. Not every type of cupcake is available every day but they had many to choose from today.I was more than surprised at how much frosting there was. I like frosting. I quickly realized a fork was needed. I had expected to stop in and eat and enjoy a cupcake without a drink, but after forkful after forkful of frosting I needed something. They had nice cold milk, a big plus and it really helped. I found the cupcake cake part, chocolate, moist, and very good.I finally had to give up on the frosting, just too much of a good thing. I cant say I noticed the little bit of salt on top.The person who helped me was genuinely very nice and was very nice to the other customers that came in while I sat inside. There are 3 tables inside and a few more outside on the sidewalk. It is a bright and inviting place.
