Breakfast done perfectly. Ive been to lots of breakfast places and the Corned Beef Skillet I had at Judys this morning ranks right up there around the top. With homemade corned beef, good stringy mozzarella and three eggs, it was plenty of really good food. I do love corned beef and to find it in a skillet at Judys was a wonderful surprise.Aside from the excellent food, the other parts of the visit also went very well. As soon as I walked in I saw they had lots of tables, but on a whim I went for the lunch counter. My server came right over and got me going with coffee. Once I placed my order it was well under 10 minutes when my skillet arrived. Prior to receiving the food I was offered a newspaper to read while I waited.The customers around me were all regulars. It was not very busy on this rainy early Saturday morning but I would bet they do a very good business. If not, they really should. You should make an effort to find and try Judys Restaurant.
