It got much better. I stopped in for lunch and found the restaurant very quiet. Two other tables were occupied by single diners, like me. My server was nice enough, greeted me, got my drink, took my order, but after that it was a long and quiet 15 minutes before my pizza arrived.Hurray, the pizza arrived. I had ordered a small Papas Masterpiece. This 10 inch thin crust pizza was a perfect personal pizza size for me today. It was very good, too, a few different types of meat with onions, peppers and mushrooms. While the mushrooms looked canned, the overall flavor of the pizza was fine with me.Once the other customers had finished and left I found out my server was actually the owner, and we had a nice little chat. I learned lunch tends to be slow, especially this time of the year, dinner much busier. And what I thought was a very small restaurant actually had a second dining room.What began as an almost uncomfortable visit ended with some good food and conversation.
