Sweet. Pastries by Design offers a very nice variety of cupcakes as well as some pretty impressive custom cakes. We stopped in for a cupcake. Tough to decide but I finally selected a Caramel Mocha. It was good, lots of frosting, and I like frosting.They are located across from the Polo Grill. I was happy to see they stay open later during the First Friday on Main party at Lakewood Ranch.
