This is a good place. I stopped in today for an early breakfast. There were already a few other customers by 6:30 on this damp Saturday and more arrived while I was there. In talking to my server the place does get busy, lots of local traffic but they also have many snowbirds that stop in. Quarter a Cup Caf is, as they say, A friendly place where people come to eat, or maybe its A friendly place where people come to meet. Likely both statements are correct, my server was very nice and we chatted about their restaurant. I learned it used to be called Terrace Caf, they changed the name but it is still locally owned and run by the same people.They have a pretty large breakfast and lunch menu. For my breakfast I had their Chipped Beef on a Shingle to try their homemade chipped beef gravy. I liked it. It was salty but not as extreme as you tend to find elsewhere.This is an inexpensive breakfast place and they even advertise coffee at 25 cents. That is really unique in a good way. They even offer a breakfast early bird special Mon-Fri from 6-7:30 where a few dishes are priced as low as $3.99.The place was clean and looked well maintained. Getting that first cup of coffee was quick and it didnt take long for my food to arrive.

Never go here.. Most horrible service ever. Went there for lunch the taco salad was like a bowl of chili with lettuce floating in it the taco shell bowl was chewy. The original waitress went home in the middle of service. Decided to give them one more chance went for breakfast even though the first time I went and was told to just sit this time they wouldn’t let my mom and I sit at the only open table in the place because a party of 6 walked in behind us. They decided to sit them instead. Will never ever go back. RUDE RUDE RUDE
This place has high quality cafe food. The servers were really nice though they seemed a bit scattered…could use some efficiency training. But other than that, it was a really great place for breakfast!! And coffee at $.25/cup! Can’t go wrong there 🙂
I really like this place. Breakfast is classic home style comfort food and tasted great. Prices are as low as you’ll find. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. Definitely recommend!
Comfortable breakfast. We’ve known Holly for a long time – and she takes good care of her customers. If you are looking for something fancy you better go someplace else. If you want good food, reasonably priced, and good service then you’ll be happy here. With coffee at $0.25 you’ll be full before you’re broke!
