Excellent buffet. Terrace on the Green is the signature restaurant at the Peridia Golf & Country Club off 53rd Ave. They are open to the public and have an excellent Sunday buffet. And as you would expect, large windows provide a nice view of water and the golf course.We did the buffet and it was excellent. They had both a carving station and made to order omelettes, and quite a few fully stocked containers for standard fare like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, grits, etc, and also a few pleasantly unexpected selections. They also offer Champaign punch and save room for some of their many dessert treats.The young man who took care of us doing our visit was polite and mature beyond his years. We were very impressed. Note a gratuity was automatically added to our bill. While very unusual for a small party in the real world, Im slowly realizing this is not that uncommon at country clubs.We also checked out their normal dinner menu and while the number of entrees is limited, we thought there were some nice choices. There is no security gate to contend with to reach the restaurant. The outside of the restaurant is pretty non-descript, I dont even think I saw a name, but it was not difficult for us to find.
