Ordered sushi takeout from them about an hour and a half before closing. We were told that two uncooked rolls would take 20 minutes before they were ready. I live in Tampa and get sushi as takeout frequently (typically once a week) so I know that later on a Saturday night is not busy and usually only takes 10 minutes. We got there and the lady up front had to go tell the guy to make our sushi because he was chatting with other coworkers. There were no patrons in the restaurant. We paid and left only to get home and find that they forgot to put the spicey mayo in and the sushi was rolled so poorly it kept falling apart in the soy sauce. I mean, you could barely pick it up it was rolled so poorly. Not only that, but in the philly roll, there was more cream cheese than salmon which completely masked the flavor of the smoked salmon. Definitely would not go back due to poor customer service and poor food quality.I did call the manager about the forgotten spicey mayo (because really, it’s one of the best parts of sushi) and all he said was you can come pick it up. No help or apology offered. Would not recommend.
