Loved it! Everyone really enjoyed their entree. I was the only one to order dessert -key lime mousse- but only got 2 bites as the whole table loved it, too. Warm and charming place.
Response to reception gone bad. I am the chef/general manager, Denis. I would like to respond to reception gone bad.At the end of the luncheon, the parties in charge expressed to us how great the food was, how attentive the service was and that everyone loved it. They also added extra gratuity on top of what they were charged. They also made a point of thanking us for accommodating all those with special dietary needs. The sandwiches were made that morning with fresh bread and we were asked to box up any leftover sandwiches for them to take home. All the cookies were eaten as well. If there was an issue at the time, why was nothing said to me or any of our staff? We want everyone to be happy and if there was a problem that we were made aware of, we would have taken the necessary steps to fix whatever was not right.

A real gem. Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. We felt at home in our own dining. The prices are very reasonable with appropriate portion sizes. We found it ny chance and immediately returned the next night. Both the file mingon and the duck a’laronge we excellent. they have an extensive and reasonably priced wine list. The staff were very friendly and efficient. There would have been further visits had we stayed longer.
Aug 31,2010. Denis and Lisa, owners, do a great job. He’s the French chef and she is the up front greeter and serveranager. Nice team! The food quality and presentation is Michelin star class. This is one of those places where you watch what is being served to other diners and wish that you could come back again. The wine list is extensive with a broad range of prices and good value selections. We were not expecting to find such fine dining and and unique facility on Marco Island. A really gem!
Best Place On Marco Island. Bristo Soleil has it all Great food Great Service !!! It is so worth going just to see the building it is a hostorical site Perhap one of the few left on Marco Island. Great location. The Cheif is wonderful, He will make you a wonderful meal no matter what your needs are. We called a head of time due to a few things my freind could not have. No problems Everything was wonderful. Perhap you will feel the same as we did.
