They cook it in front of you. I’ve never been to a Chinese restaurant where they actually cook it out in the open, in view of the registers. For fast, no sit down ambience style, it was great. Fresh veggies, cooked for us. It wasn’t that fast, but I will trade speed for seeing it prepared anyday. If Chinese take out is what you are looking for, this is best on the Island, not even close.
