My family and I were looking for a good Mexican place on Marco Island and we thought we would give this a shot. It was a really windy day so we chose to sit inside. The decor was underwhelming and cheap; plastic tables with no table cloths or decorations and hanging paper cutouts. I ordered a classic on the rocks margarita because they were on special, but it tasted like something premixed and just poured in a glass. I tried the sampler platter that included a beef enchilada, beef taco, and pork tamale. The enchilada was good and had adequate seasoning. The taco lacked flavor and wasn’t very impressive. The tamale was huge but was 90% masa and had only a little bit of pork that desperately needed seasoning. The service was okay, but nothing noteworthy. I think if you really want good Mexican food you need to venture off Marco and head closer to Naples.
Yummy ! We came on Christmas Day with 3 kids and 2 thirsty adults. Everything was wonderful! Carnitas fajitas are worth ordering.
Got the vegetarian fajitas. They were dynamite.
Not many choice of Mexican food in Marco Island. The food was good, but over priced . Don’t know if I would returned.
Delicious. I happened to be in the area and stopped in. The food was amazing. The service was great. I got the Azteca Chicken, and it was absolutely delicious. Companion got the grande burrito with pork filling. The pork was tender and juicy. If I lived in the area, this would definitely be one of my top restaurants to visit again and again.
Awesome place. Salsa amazing and the seasoned pork was unbelievable. Great margaritas and great service. Will definitely return.
Great authentic Mexican food. We came in around five, so the place was quiet, but I could tell the atmosphere that it is a popular place. When we ordered, the waiter gave us fresh salsa with what seemed like homemade corn chips. I know fresh food, I’ve been eating raw for some time now. One of the salsas had a little of ground coffee bean mixed in, incredibly delicious! I ordered a simple vegetable quesadilla which comes with Mexican rice and another side dish. The food came fast, and presented nicely on real Mexican dishware. The food was all hand made, full of peppers, tomatoes and a mixture of cheeses. I loved how I could make the dish instantly hotter because it came with a lightly grilled ploblamo pepper. I would’ve loved to order a margarita, but they were a little on the expensive side, but I bet well worth it. Inside the restaurant, everything is brightly decorated and the displays of Mexican pottery are really charming. Great service, good prices, great food, definitely a must do!
