Service good, food terrible. Don’t waste your $37 per person and head across the street to one of the Marco Walk restaurants. Seriously poor food, tastes as bad as it smells. Nice sign in lobby lures you in but then you step into a bad movie. Yuck.
Paradise Cafe is located at the Marco Island Hilton and offers an excellent seafood buffet every Friday night for $32. Seafood salads, mixed lettuce salad, soup was seafood gumbo, island fruit mahi mahi, talipia, salmon, saffron rice, steamed vegetables, crab claws (chilled), peel n eat shrimp all very good. My fav was the mahi mahi! Chefs custom sauted shrimp and scallops with any combo of garlic, shallots, basil, parsley, to serve over pasta with or without Parmesan cheese. Three great desserts: light n moist chocolate cake, light and delicious lemon cake, and chocolate dipped strawberries. Service was excellent at keeping drinks filled, removing dirty dishes promptly, and asking if we had everything we needed. Indoor and outdoor (ocean-side) dining! I’m not a sushi fan, but there was a large tray of sushi and raw oysters. No complaints. Very good seafood buffet. I can’t to speak about anything other than their seafood buffet.
