Extremely poor service. We waited 15 minutes for anyone to even notice our presence. We were not even offered a glass of water. Then we waited another 15 minutes for the menus to be brought to us. Food was mediocre at best. The place wasn’t even crowded, and there were plenty of servers on. We finally got our coffee order, which was incorrect, when we were already finished our meal. Very uncaring service. There was no one there that even resembled a manager. We are NEVER going there again. BIG FAIL….I give it a minus 5.

GREAT PLACE !. I was at el Balcon de las Americas II over 441 , just about a week ago , and we had a great time , the food was excellent , fresh and definitely that delicious Colombian spice ! my kids always enjoy the playing area . their staff is courteous and smiley , and my wife will never let me go with out getting some of they fresh bakery !got to love that cheese bread the next morningoverall we`ll definitely come back
Didn’t like it all. I had the bandeja paisa…how does a Colombian restaraunt get this wrong. They claim to be a bakery…they didn’t get that right either…the pan de bono was cold and stale. I will never go to this place again unless they make some changes. The service wasn’t good either. Not friendly at all. Don’t recommend. If the service and food changes please post.
Ate Here Once. I ate here once but did not like it. I think I tried the Sample location some years ago and did like it, so perhaps the food is not the same at the two locations.
Bad Service, not so fresh bakery items. The Sample location is great so I decided to try this location. The server greeted us well but after dropping off the food disappeared for the entire meal. The other servers just walked by to their tables and didn’t acknowledge us either (everyone for themself attitude). We ordered a Calentado and it was fresh but the arepa de chocolo and the pan de bono were dry. Overall, It wasn’t as good as the Sample location. At the end, I had to walk up to the counter and ask for a bill and a box for my son’s leftovers. The server showed up when I was walking to my table to pack up stuff; I guess to collect her tip? – Will not go back
