Excellent food, wine and music!. You would never know this place is there if you were just driving by. We had the Tsunami Marino, and it was exquisite. Their house red wine was excellent and the music was great. Great service, will definitely be back!

Food at Fusion Latin is Five Stars. Like many a family run restaurant in Margate, Fusion Latin is tucked away in a roadside plaza. You likely wouldnt know it was there unless you stumbled upon their Facebook page, or a friend, neighbor or business associate told you how good the food was. We stopped in for lunch Wednesday and were pleasantly surprised with the service and offerings. Inspired mainly by foods indigenous to the Peruvian coast and countryside, Chef/Owner, Guido J. Tresierra flavors an array of ceviche perfectly with hints of limo peppers, lime and cilantro. His Chupe De Camarones, or Peruvian shrimp chowder, dances on the palate – one spoon after the next taste buds begging for more. The Lomo Saltado – priced right and succulent – beef juices dripping from strips of sirloin steak onto a bed of French fries below. To say the entre was exceptional is an understatement. A house specialty, Causa Rellena de Atun o pollo: balls of mashed potato flavored with lime and aji amarillo then layered with avocado and tuna or chicken salad – melted in the mouth and a taste treat alongside iced cold Sangria. Mousse De Maracuya for desert? Bring me another please! We recommend you try this Peruvian gem at 1436 N. State Road 7. The ambiance is authentic and charming and the dining comfortable and friendly. Fusion Latin has nightlife on the weekends and caters to parties and takeout. http://www.margatenews.net/3909/21713/a/food-at-fusion-latin-is-five-stars
Food, Music, Romance. I heard about Fusion by accident the day of their Grand Opening a couple of weeks ago. I had a blast! I sampled a little of everything but couldn’t decide which was my favorite. Everything was delicious. The music kept me there a lot longer than I intended to be.I went back a few days later for lunch with a friend from work and she was just as impressed as I was. We’re going back next week on a double date. There is just something so romantic about a place with balconies on the walls, like each wall is the outside of a house. I could almost imagine being up there while being serenaded. My new favorite place!
