Made Pollo Tropical taste like a 5 star restaurant. This place was dirty and disgusting on every level. The chicken, rice and beans and soup just tasted horrible and funky. No way in the world would I come back here, even if it were free. Just go to Pollo Tropical, or heck, even Taco Bell is better.
Horrible service , the chicken seemed like it was from the day before, told the guy to change it and said they didn’t have any more. Don’t go there
Not worth it. Both times we went there we had a bad experience. The guys at checkout didn’t speak much English and didn’t make any effort to understand us or help us with our questions. The food took a while and was tasteless. No salt, no seasoning, nothing. The steak was horrible. Their hot sauce is some nuclear pink-red weird goo that is also tasteless. Do not waste your time or your money going there. La Granja and La Bamba are better.
Not that good. The prices are a little high for the quality of the food. Never eating in this place again when la granga is with in walking distance.
Great food for the price. Fast service. Don’t let the atmosphere fool you, this place has yummy food. We had the family meal 2… So much food!
AMAZING. The food was excellent.BEST MOFONGO IN TOWN!And the Skirt Steak was soooooo tender.I will definitely return.
