Waited 1 full hour for our meals. Had manager come over, she said very busy was the problem. Not THAT busy. No customers had to wait to be seated, always open tables. No, I am sorry, no comp part of bill. Nothing. Wont be back.
Great pie and good food. We went here with a large group from our campground. Everyone at our table ordered sandwiches so we could have room for pie. Glad we did, the slice of pie was huge and oh so good. Sandwiches were great also. The BLT was loaded with bacon and the Cuban was packed with meats and nicely crunchy. Definitely will be going back before we head north. Wish we had found it sooner.
It was just ok. Our waitress was nice but totally unorganized! Don’t think we’ll go back . Carmela’s is still the best place in Dunnellon.
Not much here. Although this restaurant is highly rated by others and is quite busy, our party of three was not impressed. Our french fries were limp and rather tasteless, the corndog was underdone and the batter not quite completely set, and the salad was not chilled and fresh appearing. The restrooms were convenient and acceptably clean. Perhaps the pies sold here are the top feature.
Just the place we were looking for on our rainy camping trip. Good food and service. Very affordable.
Yummy!. I love the food here! The fried chicken with mashed potatoes and chicken gravy = mmmmmm! And of course the homemade pie – pecan apple with caramel on top. Can’t beat it!
I agree with Lauren. Food was terrible. I’ve had better food in a hospital. Will not recommend!
