Split pea soup? Hot, silky, flavorful with ham and bacon. Prime rib was simply seasoned so the meat stood on its own. Perfectly cooked. And privately owned. Absolutely fantastic!

Not worth it.. My husband and I went there to try it for the first time and probably our last. We started off with the rolls they were either stale or over cooked we tried soaking up some soup and it didn’t make it better. The tomato dill soup was the best part and our appetizer (escargot) was good. I got the lamb and it was non flavorful carrot juice $18.99 mush. My husband’s bangers and mash wasn’t that bad so we ended up just sharing that. unfortunately it was not worth the $60 we spent, but thanks anyways.

The tomato dill soup is exceptional and the shepards pie is great. Have to stop on for a bite and beer.

Good & service were very good. We were there on a Sunday for lunch & not during HITS. Had the Ahi tuna salad, great choice. Hubby had a Buffalo chicken sandwich, which was too spicy for him, but he thinks Doritos are spicy. I would recommend this place.

Service can be slow during HITS. Most things I have eaten there have been great with the exception of the baked brie. It was more like microwaved brie. The chip shop chicken sandwich is mouth watering as well as the fish sandwich, I always get the fish blackened. Delicious! Usually I’m too full for dessert but they have some really yummy sweets for the end of the meal.

Great pub food and good service. Try the rosemary pork chop or bangers and mash. Homemade desserts – yum!

Disappointment Central. We walked in to a stale smell that worried me from the start. The crisps that sounded yummy were served barely warm. There were little flying bugs all over our table. The salad was served with ranch dressing that had bacon in it – I’m a vegetarian and certainly did not order Ranch – Bacon. The roll served with the salad was cold, the iceburg (YUK) lettuce was browning. Service was slow and lackluster. A one timer for me.
