Catfish Bites and the Shrimp Skampi. Very litely breaded and not fishy for Catfish. Nice appetizer when you want something light. The shrimp scampi had just enough garlic and butter and were prepared just right!

NOT THE BEST. There were six of use, four ordered fish, one steak and one Prime Rib, I can only speak for one fish and the Prime Rib Trio, 1 Crab Cake, 3 Shrimp and 3 Catfish Fingers. Crab Cake – hard outside shell with mush filling, still looking for the crab, Shrimp dry, small and too much batter, Catfish, limp and mushy with very little batter. The Prime Rib was TOUGH and undercooked, we ate what we could and moved on. This is a GREAT location with food that could A LOT better. It was an experience I would not want to repeat. Service was GREAT.

Heard great things from the locals, lesson learned, the locals here don’t know anything about seafood! Terrible service, cold hush puppies, canned veggies, weak cocktails, and simply awful seafood. After eating real, good seafood in places like Charleston and Savannah, this was barely a step above captain d’s. I don’t ever write reviews, but this place was so bad, I just had to share my experience. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

Not a fan. Place was hotter than hell, smelled gross. Food was average fried seafood, canned vegetables, etc. It’s nothing special IMO.

Absolutely horrific. Seated 30 minutes after reservation time. After our drink and food order was taken at 6:45 we were still waiting at 8pm. The server said the kitchen was going as fast as they could but they were behind. We asked why tables that were seated after us were receiving their food? She had no answer for that. She did get the manager and he told us there were three tickets ahead of us. We asked to equate that in time. He would not do that. We decided to leave. The manager had the nerve to charge us for our soft drinks. 2/20 is my wife’s birthday and this was a very special day that turned out to be a complete disaster. BTW, the manager told us that my wife would be getting a free piece of key lime pie. She asked him about this and he said she would have to pay for this now. This place may or may not have good food but their service is extremely poor.

Over All Very Nice. The place looks great. Rustic. The place was clean. Tables are a little tight on the inside section. The outside area was covered and heated. The Menu was well rounded, suiting every taste. There was daily specials. There were no complaints about the foods we all ordered. The key lime pie had a good kick to it. I would recommend. There is a river tour operator behind the place, but book very early for it.
