We have been wanting to try this place for awhile now and so glad we did! The Sushi is amazing and fresh! The entire staff all are so friendly and make you feel so welcome. This will definitely be one of our favorite spots to frequent! The lobster roll is the best around!! If they have it get it, you will thank me later..Youre welcome

I have to say coming from New York City, it was hard to find good sushi in Florida. Ok so the food was incredible yes, but the owner gave dirty looks the whole time and made us very uncomfortable. Nast nasty nasty. I am not even sure I will return because of the owner he needs to change his tude ! I don’t like nasty ! I am from NY and they weren’t even nasty! Needs an attitude adjustment! Just laid out 100 dollars, wtf mAn get a grip. Probably won’t return because of rude nasty owner ! Oh well. Need to find a new Japanese restaurant.
A Chef’s Perspestive. If you have been thinking of trying Kaishin, think no more and go asap to one of the best Japanese restaurants in Florida. Suzuki’s talents shine through in the quality and flavor of his sushi rice, fresh perfectly sliced sashimi and classic Izakaya fare. Be sure to try Maggie’s baos. Put yourself in Suzuki’s hands with an omakase tasting menu fit for a king. Relax, eat, and drink at one of the most simple and comfortable, yet elegant restaurants in Jensen Beach. Eat where the Chefs eat!
I eat enough sushi that I can call in and say my name and they respond by saying my order will be ready when I get there! So, this place is within walking distance of my home and I thought I would give it a try. I believe this is he same people that used to be next to bagel break on us 1. Either way, the service is absolutely horrible. I gave it three tries and it was the same every time. The worst time was when a group of my friends and I sat and waited for a menu for twenty five minutes. Then we received our drinks about a half hour after that. We were walking, so we decided we would stay instead of driving somewhere else. We were at the restaurant for more than three hours. We each had an appetizer, ONE drink, and an entree. THREE hours we tried to get anyone to please wait on our table. My friends meal came out a half hour after the rest of our food, and then they argued with him to say that the food they brought out was correct. He ordered beef tartar and somehow we got shrimp tempura. They kept saying the tempura was beef tartar… Wow. Worst service I’ve ever had. I leave a tip no matter what, this was the one and only time the house didn’t get a penny. I will not eat here again, and my friends commonly laugh about the three and a half hours we wasted drinking one drink and begging for service.
The Owner/Chef is Very Rude. I have eaten at this restaurant many times and the food is very good. However, the owner/chef is extremely rude and has a terrible attitude. After reading some reviews, it appears I am not the only one to notice this.I use a wheelchair and every time I go into this restaurant the owner hassles me about where I sit, even when the restaurant is completely empty. He was so rude to me this evening that my wife and I actually left and went elsewhere to eat where they were grateful to have our business.Although the food is good, dealing with the owner/chef is not worth the hassle. I recommend that you pass on this place until the owner can change his attitude and learn to appreciate his customers.
