DISAPPOINTED. Read numerous reviews and thought we’d try it. Hostesss (fantastic & friendly) greeted us @ outside seating/wait area. Ordered wine while we waited on covered porch seating, viewed menus and large wine list while wait. My meal: delicuous Prime Rib, house salad overated, sides tasty. Wife’s meal: NY Strip – TOUGH, sweet pottato undercooked. Very polite young buser who brought rolls (a whopping 2 small rolls) & meals. The waitress: TERRIBLE, acted as if she didn’t want to be working, could have avoided a poor meal with more server imput, never stopped to inquire if all was well, if we cared for anything else, drinks or dessert…. (don’t know if they offer desserts, no one ever asked us) I had to get attention for any service. Over a $100 meal with poor service and terrible steak will cause us not to return or recommend to others. There’s just too many GOOD dining experiences in the area to tolerate bad service and dissapointijng meal.
PRIME RIB ANYONE. I’ve been looking for 4 years for a decent piece of Prime Rib and settled for what was around. NO MORE. Won’t bother trying anywhere else cause you can’t beat perfection, and at a decent price. Thanks Kodi
Best $15 bun i ever had. Ordered a cheeseburger the bun was great reminded me of sister schuberts, meat cooked to order but was so salty I could not eat it. American cheese they use is velveeta (confirmed by waitress). side of baked potato, boiled not baked (water dripped from it). side of mac and cheese cheese was velveeta (confirmed by waitress) but also had a vinegar taste. Could not eat. peach cobbler $7 the crust was great. Very disappointed. Menu could use better descriptions. Meat was also dry, vinegar taste so why all that salt? Burger was not described aged beef.
Food and service. Great food great service. Kills the big name steakhouses.
Great Steakhouse!. We have heard great things about Kodi’s Steakhouse and we were not disappointed. It was New Year’s Eve and we arrived early to be greeted by Donna. We were able to order wine from Donna, a welcoming hostess to visit with family and others waiting for the opening. The waiting area is comfortable and cozy. Our meal was awesome! The spinach salad was fresh and lightly dressed, so was the Caesar salad, very crisp. The mushroom soup was rich with flavor! My Dad and I had the rib-eye and it was cooked perfectly medium rare and tender. My Mom and sister had the prime rib. Wow! The prime rib was also cooked to perfection and tender- tasty au jous. Our server, Corina was very attentive.We enjoyed a chocolate dessert together and it was fitting for our closure to the meal. Heavenly! We will be singing praises of Kodi’s Steakhouse. Thank you, Chef Jack for your specialness with food.

Yummy Salad!. The house salad was delicious! Never thought I’d like pistachio dressing but on the salad which was loaded with roasted peppers, sunflower seeds, and feta cheese, it was amazing. Hubby enjoyed his strip steak too!! I can’t wait to go back!!
