Fun diner. This is a pretty unassuming spot and it was packed when I went for brunch last weekend. Great coffee and fantastic pancakes. Light and fluffy with lots of maple syrup. Nice for a change from my usual eggs or oatmeal.
Love it, love it, love it!. This is a fantastic breakfast place. Very, very clean. I drove an elderly millionaire here every Sunday, no matter how long the wait, he would make sure to have his waffles. I don’t even recommend Sundays since it is extremely busy with people who know how great it is.So many good things on the menu. None of them are healthy but just the Belgian waffles ordered crispy are worth a trip there. They have the best puffy omelets anywhere and they don’t use indigestible cooking oil so, even I can eat it and not get a stomach upset later on. Especially love their specialty, (like an apple-coogan but puffy like a souffle) a gooey, pastry & apple, cinnamon, butter creation called an Apple Baby. I guess I’m just partial because my fiance proposed by placing my engagement ring in one of those and bringing it to the table. OMG…Go with a couple other people so you can eat it all. It’s $8 – It is BIG though and meant to be shared. There’s another thing, like a hollow cream puff they fill with butter and lemon clotted cream that I want to try next. I’ll try to get a picture.Like many restaurants, they don’t want to overstaff, which I understand, and sometimes it takes a little bit to clean a booth or wait for your table. I have had to wait for my silverware and my coffee but they have an attentive manager and sure are friendly once you do get settled in and breakfast so good, the booth, or any table at all, is worth waiting for.
Did not like it, table was sticky and was expensive for breakfast
Terrible service and terrible food. I am a big fan of the chain and typically seek it out when I travel. This location has poor management which makes this one the pits.
