Unusual Rudeness. My husband and I usually love going to the Lenny’s in Mary Esther. Today was different. They were busy and the line was getting backed up. Which was not a problem. It was understandable and I didn’t mind waiting. As the girl was making my sandwich she stopped and acted like the onions were bothering her. I asked her if they were? But, she said no. She said that something was bothering her though. She did not continue asking me what I wanted on my sandwich. I thought she was waiting for the meat half to be made. I did tell her however, that I was not finished ordering. Once she received the rest of the sandwich, she put it all together. I told her again that I was not finished. That’s when she became rude in what she said and also by her tone. She told me that it was my fault because I stopped talking. She finished my sandwich but not without saying, NOW….is there anything else you want? I turned to my left to see if the couple to my left heard her. I was a little embarrassed. The couple told me that they heard it all and that it was her fault and that she was trying to blame me for her mistake. They also said that they thought she was very rude and that I had handled it well. I think I handled it well because I was just surprised……and didn’t know what to say. There were a lot of people waiting behind me. I don’t want her to get fired or anything. I just don’t want her to think she can talk to me like that, or anyone else for that matter. I would like to continue to get sandwiches there without feeling self conscious about this incident.

Not impressed, But give it a try.. They don’t use quality meats, cheeses and ingredients and bread, so their sandwiches are just average in taste and really expensive. I used to eat here when it first opened and just never craved eating here again. I’ve had quite a few items from the menu, they all tated about the same. It’s not bad food, the service was good and employees were nice and the restaurant was clean. I just don’t crave it the way I do some restaurants.
Their cold subs are yummy! Bread taste good. My kids like it too! Always find great coupons in the mail or their Social Wednesday’s coupons.
