Great little place, highly recommend for all ages! The decor has a wilderness aspect to it, which the owner of this hidden beauty is a dog trainer and hunts all over the country- so it is very fitting to him. I had the pleasure of meeting him today, and he speaks with the tone you would expect your grandparents to speak in- very kind and respectful, but you can hear the excitement in his voice. As for the service here, it is a GREAT reflection of the owner- quick, fun, and interested in what you are making (if you choose to sit by the griddle where you can make your own pancakes). This little spot has a very neat atmosphere to it because of all the kids that flock here to enjoy their handcrafted pancakes, but it is definitely not loud like if you were to go to a Waffle House or Crackle Barrel. So hints why I said it is very fitting to all ages! The pricing is relatively cheap for the portions they give you. One order of pancake batter is enough for two people to eat! I would also HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend the orange juice- freshly squeezed everyday with no added sugars from the amazing Florida oranges. The only slight complaint about this place is sitting next to the griddle it does get slightly hot, but it does NOT take away from any of the experience or the food. If you ever find yourself looking for some grub in the morning in Melbourne, this is the place to be.

Fabulous decor, hip place with a west coast feel to it. Have fun making your own designer pancakes or enjoy one of their balsamic special recipes. Portions are big, something for all types of dietary habits.

Great place for a real southern breakfast. You get lots delicious food for your money. I had the Bourbon Hog which is their take on a Monte Cristo. I got a side of grits which were wonderful rich stoneground grits. My wife got the Deep Friend French Toast with a side of sausage. The French Toast was cinnamon raisin. Great place for breakfast or lunch. We will be back.

Food was okay but so uncomfortably HOT in there that is was hard to enjoy anything. We had the griddle table and it was like eating while someone aimed a blow torch at you. Either a new A/C is needed or an exhaust system for the griddles– WAY too hot…

great food, great service, great ambiance! Fresh squeezed juice – Griddle tables allow you to cook your own pancakes if you would like – I was here for lunch and had the grilled mac and cheese (photo attached of what is left) – yum!

Favorite little brunch place. The poppy citrus waffles are the best!! I’ve had the biscuits and gravy and the pulled pork eggs Benedict. Everything is delicious. The wait is usually a half hour on the weekends.

Had a great breakfast with a friend this morning! The bacon was the best part. Awesome decor and friendly service. I’ll go back and try the make your own pancake option!
