It’s a shame that others haven’t had a good experience with this because my husband and I really enjoy this place. We come maybe once a month or more, and it’s always been consistent and good. The happy hour is a guarantee for entertainment as you people watch…
Reservations don’t mean much.. We had a reservation, and when we arrived we were told they were getting our table ready. We waited over 45 min, I wanted to leave but we stuck around. Got seated, waiter was nice. Food was mediocre, waitstaff is good, be prepared to sit around hungry for the first 45 min. Then another 30 for food.
Canuck foodie.. Was there for happy hour. Sat in bar area. Service good, even as they got busier & busier. Had ahi, sliders, shrimp tacos & lettuce wraps. First 3 were excellent & lettuce wraps were fine, but our least favourite.Would highly recommend it & will return next year. Shared apps. With my husband.
Mrs. Karyl Loose. We were there at 4pm and my Husband and I ordered the Prime Rib, rare. It was well done and not a bit of pink. It was dry and extremely disappointing. The waitress should have been told no rare prime ribs were available and the message relayed to us with the opportunity to order something else. Very poor handling of the situation. It will difficult to talk my husband into taking me back to Chart House.
My family (mother, father, brother, and myself) went to the Chart House for Thanksgiving this year. It was phenomenal!! We had a full menu to choose from not just turkey and trimmings. My brother and I had prime rib and our parents had the baked stuffed shrimp, everything was delicious as we all sampled each others. I had the salad bar with my meal and I was extremely impressed with the selections on both halves of the salad bar. Our wine and cocktails were delicious, and the molten lava cake at the end of our meal was the perfect end to a perfect meal. Our waiter was phenomenal as well, we actually have made our reservations for Christmas Day with window seating and the same waiter!! I cannot wait to go back for the wonderful service, great atmosphere and top notch delicious food!!
The WORST in the chain!. DO NOT BOTHER SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE! I have been to a half-dozen of these franchises and this one , by far, is the worse.Bad state of repair, service, training and most importantly…quality of food . Second trip here. A friend dragged me (her birthday). I was sport, did not trash talk it– and frankly, she does not have a discerning palate or much ‘fine-dining’ experience.She HATED it! From the obnoxious waiter to the luke warm food.NEVER AGAIN!
Poor service. Six of us went for friends night out. Having eaten there many times in the past with great service I was appalled at the service we received. Arrived at 4 and left at 7. The wattress never once came to our table to check on the food or see if we need anything else. We had to repeatedly catch her as she flinted by. Didn’t think we’d every get the dessert I order went we placed our food order. Took forever to get the bill.She dropped ice down by friends back and couldn’t say sorry.Chart House needs a major tune up.Not worth the aggravation!!!
