Excellent Traditional German food in a quaint atmosphere. A must do for special celebrations.. The food selections are traditional German fare. The serving staff is pleasant and helpful. The ambiance is quaint and delightful. My wife and I prefer this as our go to place for celebrations.The one drawback is larger parties must split to more than one table of four as there is no other option available.

Excellent authentic food. The place is a small but very authentic German restaurant with excellent food. I lived in Germany for many years and this was almost exactly the same experience. Not the best waiting staff but like I said, authentic 🙂 I go back every time I am in town. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking to have some great German food and beer.
Schnitzel?. A great little find. Good German beers on tap and nary a vegetable in sight other than good red cabbage and those great fries. Real good homemade schnitzels, sausages, and all the rest. And oh that great beer!

We love the ambiance of Edelweiss as well as the beer and food. Our favorite is the Weiner Schnitzel Holstein with a glass of draft German beer.
