Wow. I usually never complain, but I cant believe what happened at this place. me and my friends order drinks, beer and rum and coke. A big guy comes by our table tells us its time to close so we have to finish our drinks so we started drinking a little faster. he comes back a minute later and says we have to chug them So my young friend starts chugging his beer, as Im trying to finish my rum and coke he snatches the drink out of my hand and says get out. There is a restaurant full of people at this time. I went to complain up front and there was another couple trying to complain he did the same thing and they never even got their pizza. Then the lady that heard our complaints said she didnt care its time for us all to leave. I know you all want to get home but Why the hell would you hire somebody to force you to chug your drinks at closing time and if you cant then grab them out of you hand while its still half full. sorry but I cant give you my business anymore even though when its slow during the day I enjoyed it. that whole incident ruined it for me.
Recently reopened and the decor/atmosphere is truly awful. Unless you like eating a slice under blue and red club LED lighting while listening to Nicki Minaj (I wish I was joking), this place isn’t for you. Speaking of that slice, I ordered two cheese slices to-go. At a joint like this, with premade pies ready to reheat, that should be literally a 5 minute affair. I waited 20 minutes. Was it super packed? Nah, three tables is all. Did the one waitress working the floor come over and say anything to me after looking at me ten times and presumably realizing that she hadn’t taken my order? That would take too much sense. It almost became comical having the lady who took my order stare at me and then go back to doing nothing time and again in the kitchen. I probably would’ve been there longer, but my interest in seeing how long they would ignore me began to wane as my hunger increased. I doubt even 2am downtown drunks with the munchies can keep this place afloat. We’ll see. But one of those drunks won’t be me. I’ll wait for when The Burger Place makes its move to its new downtown location. Oh and the pizza? Boring. Even for Melbourne.
Let’s see-can’t say whether I like the food here since after a 2 1/2 hour wait our pizza & garlic knots never arrived! If u can’t deliver on Saturday nite, don’t say u can!!
Excellent Food. Brio’s is the palce to go for authentic Italian food. The staff is very warm and engaging and they make you feel at home. The food is excellent and the staff goes above and beyond! Brio’s we love you and will continue to come back!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great Food, Great Service. My wife and I do not get out much but let me tell you when we do its Brio all the way. We have been coming to brio for about a year now and everytime it seems that its better then the last. Foods great, servie right there with it we love brio.

This place is the best, whether you are in the mood for traditional italian food or just a good slice of NY style pizza. Both locations offer great food at a great price. Erica Satisfies. I’ve been to the Brio a few times I’ve never left unsatisfied. The bartender always goes above and beyond her job duties even outside of work. I would recommend it to all. Also would recommend the bartender.
