Currently sitting in the drive thru after sitting at two drive up stalls and pushing the button…time here is already 15 min and no order has been taken. The place is NOT busy. We tried to order 3 times! There is definately a lack of supervisory skills at this place. I am goingn to look up the district manager and maybe suggest they start really concentrating on this place.
Good Food BAD SERVICE. I go to this Specific Sonic a lot. I always get good service from most of the employees. The managers are nice and very accommodating, but one of their employees a skater, I believe her name is Hailey looks like she doesn’t want to be there, never smiled, and when I asked for more ketchup she sighed so loud and hard I saw spit leave her mouth. On top of that my order wasn’t all there. I was so mad I didn’t even want the rest. I could go to any fast food place and get a hot dog and an I’d LOVE to get you more ketchup. one moment please, but this sonic needs to check out their employees before they lose all of their customers.
Not even free food could lure me… Hey all, well, I had the worst experience ever when I went into this drive thu and even with being the only car in the drive thru, they messed up my order twice and never got it right. This was the only time in my life I have ever called a corporate HQ and complained. The district manager called me and told me that manager was fired and set me free coupons. Went back again… not only was the manager still there, but got my food and the bread on the burger was nasty… hard as a rock. It’s too bad because they have good shakes, but not enough to tempt me to go back. See ya!
