Freezer bag food, with a 45 min wait. It was just bad. Beautiful place, but food Is not like it was last time.
We were here for diner and the food was not good at all. We got the seafood platter and it seemed like it was right out of a frozen bag, the baked potato was undercooked and the steak was overlooked and dry. The server forgot our appetizer. Will not be back. Great location but bad food. Maybe ok for drinks.
Fish tacos are just ok. Why would a restaurant use a Pacific fish called baso when they’re located on the Atlantic? Tastes like Tilapia. Serving Mahi or Grouper would really improve the plate.
Awesome place. Great view, great food. Im a local & this is one of my Island favorites. If your here on Vaca or you live here in Florida it’s worth it! Good food & definitely worth the wait if it’s busy!
Great place! Love Dom!! Had dinner last night, our first experience was not good at all this time was better but 2 of 4 of us were not happy at all n did not get to have dinner… We did have a fun night all n all shout out to Jeff at the bar.. Great bartender!
We loved this place. We came in yesterday night and though it was really busy our waitress ( Tawney) took time from running around to help us get a table that fit everyone in our party. She informed us that the kitchen was really busy so it might take a little longer to get our food which we really appreciated. She got our drinks right away as well recommended appetizers to get us started. We had the ceviche and mussels which were amazing and the coconut shrimp and some kind of sampler which everyone also enjoyed. For dinner I had the island burger and it too hit the spot. We will definitely come back soon!
Great food, great drinks, great place!. You know when you see mostly locals somewhere that you’re at one of the best places in town. We came here for drinks and were pleasantly surprised by the food selection. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu! The service was great and our food came out quickly. We had a large party and there was not a single plate left with food on it. Everyone commented that their dishes were great twists on really good food. I personally had the pulled pork sandwich and the Mahi bites, and both were amazing. The drinks were delicious too, just like we’d heard! We had a great time listening to the live band and enjoying the view from the spacious patios – the breeze was perfect coming off the water. They also have a tiki bar closer to the water if you aren’t as intent on listening to the band. Nearby are cornhole boards and a dock to pull up at with paddle boats too. The new owners have really done a good job of creating a place that anyone can enjoy – singles, couples and friends, and families alike. From listening to the regulars talk, we learned that they also do themed parties on holidays that sound like a lot of fun.All in all it was a great time! Happy to find a place we will always enjoy going to.
